<image:caption>I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties who are ready for change. I help them reduce their distress and improve their sense of well-being. For some, a short-term course of medication or targeted psychotherapy (talk therapy) may be enough. For others, we may embark on a more long-term treatment. Regardless of the duration of our time together, my ultimate goal is empowering you to live a fulfilling life.</image:caption>
